The biggest obstacle will be replacing the old faucet with the new. In our house, we have to go through our 2nd bedroom’s closet to do it. Most manufactured homes have a similar set up, you’ll have an access door you take off to get to the tub workings.
Its most likely a blockage or a ventilation issue. If you are experiencing wet spots on your ceilings or top of your walls and have deduced that there are no leaks in the roof then condensation is likely the problem. Mold or mildew issues along your home’s sub-flooring can be caused by a lack of ventilation under the home or perhaps the belly wrap is damaged or has open holes. I’m no plumber (and I’m no longer married to one) but I’m thinking you have a blockage in the line from the water heater to the faucet.

No sewer pipe leakage to be found and all plumbing seems to be working properly. The contractor says he installed 100’s of metal roofs this way and has never encountered a problem. Unless you are really comfortable with plumbing you may want to hire a pro. They can probably spot the issue quickly and get the lines straightened out. You’ll def want to get it done as hot water used in toilets is going to waste a lot of electricity and wear and tear on your water heater. So, it sounds like you have a volume problem more than a pressure issue.
I’m now thinking the upward vent we attached to the drain line outside the cabin is creating a pressure problem inside. Or there is a Studor vent under the shower we missed. Problem 4: Water Heater Odors
If that isn’t it, it may be supply lines or drain to your new vanity. In fact, they are threaded so they can be easily removed to cleanout the pipe. Now, sometimes, the material warps in heat/cold a bit and tightens itself so much that you’d think it was glued. One of your elements may have burnt out in your water heater.
The ideal placement would be under the home, right beside your vents. Boxing the pipe in is another good way to keep them from freezing. It creates a smaller pocket of air and can be stuffed with insulation.

Some lucky person will get to crawl under there and look for a broken connection or other issue. Depending on what you find it may be helpful to run a snake into the line from underneath to try and clear any clogs. You may also want to run the snake down from the top. When the line is clear and the pipes are clear and dry you can repair the break.
If you’ve changed your auto vent and did the bag trick then you probably have something dead somewhere or a sewer leak somewhere close. Vibrating could be either partially clogged vent or a loose water line vibrating. This is probably best handled by a licensed plumber.
The water will flow through the p-trap and then down into the drain line. The small black thing on top of the right pipe (to the right of the P-trap) is an auto vent. Supply lines carry water into and throughout your home. The supply lines, or water lines, need healthy pipes with tight connections that must handle high-pressure water. You turn the handle on a sink and the pressure forces the water out. The more you open the faucet the more water you get.

The pop-up assembly in bathroom sinks frequently will collect hair balls which should be removed. If all the above are clear the problem must be on the other side of the trap. With the trap removed, you can easily run a snake down the line and clear any obstruction there.
Smelling foul odors will be a big sign that something is wrong. You shouldn’t smell anything from your plumbing system. It’s designed to keep that very thing from happening. A foul odor can be caused by poor drainage or ventilation issues or septic tank issues.
He says there is a huge difference between a $5 item and a $35 valve. If you have an auto vent installed and that drain is slow unscrew the auto vent and see if the water drains correctly. If it’s still draining slow it’s likely a clog or blockage and you can try a snake or auger. If those don’t work you’ll need to call a plumber to use their industrial strength snake.
You’ll push the wire down your pipe , until it reaches the blockage. There is an element which warms the cold water pipes to keep them from freezing. You will need to flush your water heater and lines out ASAP.
